CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:
CYB Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator manages the promotion and positioning of the CYB Brand, Products, and Services we offer to our community. The primary focus is to attract more customers and grow our CYB community by raising brand awareness by coordinating various marketing campaigns and sources.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Social Media Management:
•Design, create, post, and oversee social media assets used by CYB. Facebook and Instagram
•Awareness of new social media properties that could benefit the growth and promotion of the CYB brand by staying up-to-date with social trends, behaviors, and content usage. Examples: YouTube and Tik-Tok
•Collaborate with ownership on monthly social media strategy to then execute and deliver on that strategy
•Use social media marketing tools (Facebook/Instagram) to increase visibility and grow the company’s brand awareness
•Instagram & Facebook: source, curate, design, and publish engaging content through posts, stories, and reels. Post 3 times per week, story 5 times per week, and 1 reel per week.
•YouTube: Work with management to start a YouTube channel and repurpose current video content (like the on-demand content, or how-to's) to begin building a YouTube content library
•Day-to-day planning and execution of social media calendar and social content strategy
•Respond, engage, and communicate with our current and potential clients promptly during working hours via social media for all sales and support questions
•Propose new ideas and concepts for social media content

Digital Advertising Management:
•Work with management weekly and advertising agency monthly regarding lead generation campaigns and promotions to drive more foot traffic to CYB
•Review and present campaign metrics provided by the advertising agency to management on a monthly basis
•Coordinate with management on sales strategy in conjunction with all lead campaigns
•Develop advertising campaigns including content, design, and placement
•Approve and edit content for digital, events, social, internal, external advertising, and brand promotion

Print Collateral & Advertising:
•Design and edit collateral for studio signage, events, internal, external advertising, and brand promotion

SMS & Email Marketing:
•Collaborate and execute email marketing campaigns to gain and retain customers for CYB
•Collaborate with management monthly to execute client emails and additional emails as necessary regarding sales, events, studio updates, surveys, etc.
•Coordinate and execute emails, SMS, and call scripts for the sales team
•Oversee CRM Automation system used by the sales team for text/email/calls to generate new business and retain existing business

Website Coordination:
•Oversee CYB’s Squarespace website to ensure content helps drive Google traffic and increase visibility
•Review website analytics and present insights and recommendations to management quarterly to improve user experience and increase traffic
•Update content as needed (Instructors, Class Descriptions, Policies, Events, etc.)
•Coordinate video and/or photo shoots as needed for fresh visual content to be used for our website and other digital assets

Data Analysis and Lead Management:
•Review lead data weekly, monthly, and quarterly to understand the number of new leads coming in from our various lead sources
•Review lead conversions monthly to help management understand opportunities for improvement

Other Miscellaneous Projects:
•Coordinate and facilitate quarterly client and studio challenges to drive customer engagement
•Coordinate video and/or photo shoots for fresh visual content to be used for our website and other digital assets

Skills needed to perform this job:
•Creative thinking
•Strong communication and writing skills
•Social media knowledge and know-how
•Content Management Systems and other software systems used to drive visibility: Booking Billing Platform (POS systems), Canva, Mailchimp, CRM Systems (like HubSpot), etc.
•Analytics knowledge and exposure
•Video creation and editing skills (on mobile)
•Print and digital content design and creation skills

Employee Perks:
•$18-$25 per hour based on experience and qualifications
•25-30 hours per week
•In-person, with the potential for a hybrid schedule after 90 days

At CYB Studios, our teacher training programs combine several years of experience in the fitness industry across not only the modalities we offer but many more. Our commitment is to bring the highest level of education to our training programs to ensure teachers know how to lead a class and the why behind it. Our trainings teach instructors how to coach effectively with moves, music, and cueing and how to truly inspire and educate students about their bodies.

Q: Do I have to teach if I take the training?

A: No! Our trainings are for anyone looking to gain more knowledge about the program and about themselves.

Q: What’s required of me during the training?

A: Be on time, be present and be ready to learn. In addition to in-studio training expect homework!

Q: Can I only teach at CYB Studios?

A: Our training will give you the tools to teach a class anywhere, but of course we’d love for you to teach at CYB!

Q: Are there any pre-requisites to trainings?

A: No, but we recommend that you take at least one of the classes you're interested in getting trained on.
