CYB’s Baby Barre series is here! A 4-week program created just for postpartum mamas and their babies. Led by Danyelle (and her baby Camilla!), each class will focus on correcting muscle imbalances left after pregnancy, strengthening the arms, back, and neck (often strained from nursing and holding your little one), and restoring core strength in a safe, supportive way. Mamas will have their baby strapped onto them for standing work, and lying on the mat or in their lap during floor work.

FAQ:
How old should my baby be?
We recommend your baby be between the ages of 3–10 months. Once baby is walking, it makes it a little tricky to run the class efficiently. While class can be done without baby being able to hold his/her head up, it is easier if baby has mastered that talent before coming to Baby Barre.
If needed, can I leave the class and come back?
Yes. If baby is fussy and cannot be soothed, or needs to eat and you prefer to feed in privacy, you’re welcome to leave the class for a bit and come back.
If my baby is sick, or is fussy and I cannot make it/have to leave class early and not return, can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, there is a no refund policy. The class slots are in high demand and spots are very limited. For this reason, we do not offer refunds.
If I have twins, can I bring both?
If you have multiple infants and you want to bring them both to Baby Barre, first off, we commend your ambition! However, for simplicity we require 1 adult per baby. Feel free to bring a friend! 1 spot per baby, so friend would have to register as well.
