The CYB Recovery Program is a results-driven, whole-body recovery and injury-prevention series designed to reset, rebuild, and restore your body from the inside out. This intentional 60-minute class blends mobility, strength, breathwork, and therapeutic techniques to support active recovery, enhance movement quality, and optimize physical longevity. Whether you're coming back from injury, looking to prevent one, or simply want to move and feel better, this series offers a structured, science-informed approach to recovery and functional strength.

Led by Chelsea, a certified athletic trainer, this program combines intentional instruction with compassionate coaching to help you move better and feel stronger in your body.

Held in our infrared-heated yoga room, this class is set at a gentle 82°F to provide therapeutic warmth that supports circulation, muscle recovery, and joint mobility, without overheating the body.


Class Breakdown:

  • Soft Tissue Release (10 min): Using gentle myofascial release tools and techniques, this section targets common areas of tension to unlock tight muscles, reduce stiffness, and prepare the body for deeper work.
  • Mobility Flow (10 min): A dynamic sequence that targets key joint spaces—like hips, shoulders, and spine—to improve range of motion, increase body awareness, and prime your system for strength.
  • Preventative Strength Training (30 min): Low-impact, high-function exercises that activate major muscle groups and build strength around joints. Focused accessory work helps stabilize and support smaller muscles, reducing risk of injury and enhancing structural balance.
  • Circulation & Breathwork (10 min): Legs-up-the-wall postures encourage healthy blood flow and nervous system downregulation. You'll strengthen the pelvic floor and explore diaphragmatic breathing techniques that support core stability and stress relief.

The Recovery Program is a 4 week series beginning July 31st. Class will be held each Thursday from 8:00am-9:00am, July 31, Aug 7, Aug 14, and Aug 21.
