This 4-week series is designed specifically for student athletes who want to train smarter, prevent injury, and recover better. Led by Chelsea, a certified athletic trainer, this class follows the same structure as our Recovery Program but is tailored to the needs of growing, high-performing athletes.
Each 60-minute session blends mobility, strength, breathwork, and therapeutic techniques to support recovery, reduce chronic tension, and build long-term movement resilience.
Held in our infrared-heated yoga room (82°F) to aid circulation and muscle recovery, without overheating the body.

The Recovery Program is a 4 week series beginning July 27th. Class will be held each Sunday from 4:00-5:00pm, July 27, Aug 3, Aug 10, and Aug 17th.
