Yoga 101 Workshop

Whether you're brand new to yoga or looking to deepen your understanding, Yoga 101 is your perfect starting point. In this 90-minute workshop, Stephanie will guide you through the foundations of yoga in a welcoming, informative, and empowering environment. You'll explore:

  • The history of yoga practice
  • Pranayama and breathwork techniques
  • A breakdown of yoga postures with alignment tips and modifications
  • A 20-minute flow to put it all into practice

This workshop takes place in our infrared-heated yoga room set to a comfortable 80°F—warm enough to support mobility and ease, but never overwhelming. Come ready to learn, move, and leave with more confidence on your mat.
